Anxiety and Depression has increased by approximately 12% in the last 5 years.
This is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Our meetings are friendly, relaxed, and completely focused on you. We start with a casual conversation where I get to know you .My role is to be your guide and accountability partner—not to provide therapy. Together, we’ll explore what you see as your main obstacles, why they feel significant, and what outcomes you would like to achieve.
From there, we identify practical steps you can take to create positive change. I provide a supportive environment where you can share openly without judgement, and we’ll work together to create realistic strategies you can follow An important part of the process is accountability — regular check-ins to help you stay on track and keep momentum. You’ll have someone who remembers your goals, celebrates your progress, and encourages you through setbacks
I believe most people are stronger than they realise. Often, the challenge isn’t just the problem itself, but the belief that you can’t face it. With the right perspective, support, and a clear plan, you can achieve far more than you think possible.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much difference it makes to have someone in your corner — someone to listen, ask the right questions, and hold you accountable. My postgraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town deepened my understanding of human behaviour and informs my approach. However, it is important to note that I am not a registered psychologist or therapist. My role is to provide guidance and accountability, not clinical diagnosis or treatment. I use my knowledge to help people create strategies and take practical steps forward.
I want to help you discover your own resilience, create strategies that work for your life, and build momentum toward the future you want. This isn’t therapy — it’s honest conversation, consistent support, and accountability that leads to real change.
